The landscape park "Kondurcha" has transformed: a large-scale clean-up event took place in Nurlat.

      The landscape park "Kondurcha" is a place where the residents of Nurlat and guests of the city come to relax, walk with children, and breathe fresh air. To welcome the spring season in all its beauty, a real "labor detachment" has been deployed here. As per tradition, the first to clean up as part of the All-Russian Saturday workday and the "Garden of Memory" campaign were the employees of the executive committee of the Nurlat district. Changing their strict suits for work clothes, and their pens for shovels and rakes, the executive committee staff united for a general cleanup of the area. "The Saturday workday in 'Kondurcha' is not just about collecting garbage and last year's leaves. The main event of the day was large-scale greening. More than 200 seedlings of trees, including conifers, are planned to be planted in the park," shared Vera Maltseva, head of the administrative and technical department. Some were raking up the accumulated winter garbage, broken branches, and old leaves, while others were uprooting the saplings that had not taken root and planting new seedlings in their place. Watering was also organized here. The management company of the housing and communal services took care of this thoroughly: water was supplied from a water truck and from a hose, which sped up the watering process. "We are not just cleaning the area; we are investing in the future of our city. The park is a living organism, and it requires care. When you plant a tree yourself, you relate to this place in a completely different way – with love and care," noted acting head of the landscaping department Zhanna Kanafieva. For the executive committee staff, the Saturday workday in the "Kondurcha" park is not the first this season. As part of the ecological two-month campaign, they have already tidied up here, and it shows immediately: the walking areas are clean, the barbecue zone is also pleasing to the eye, and the gazebos are in order.

      Now the park will become even cozier and greener. The seedlings have been selected so that they will harmoniously fit into the landscape and delight the townspeople for many years. Very soon, the young trees will sprout their first buds, and "Kondurcha" will burst into new colors. Let's cherish this beauty together!
