A teenager was bitten by a dog in Kulseitovo — residents complain about inaction.

Investigators have begun working with the victims of dog bites in the village of Kulseitovo. There, an animal attacked a teenager—he sustained injuries to his arms. Surgeons stitched up the wounds, but the schoolboy is currently unable to move his fingers. As the boy's mother recounted, she had already contacted the animal control service, but to no avail. According to local residents, a neighbor is sheltering the dangerous animals. A similar situation is unfolding in Bolshie Derbysheki. Today, Azaliya Kutlakhmetova visited both villages.

Artemiy Zorin was returning home from school when an aggressive dog attacked him from behind. The ninth-grader tried to fend it off with his backpack, and he was lucky—a passerby came to help. "He started pulling the dog away, pinned it to the ground, then brought me to the door. They let me into the premises, and from there we called an ambulance," Artemiy recounted. The teenager received stitches. He currently cannot properly hold utensils, write, or engage in sports, and exams are approaching. Additionally, he faces a three-month course of rabies vaccinations. Moreover, according to the schoolboy, this is not the first incident of an attack—the dog has lunged at him more than ten times. "In other instances, I managed to hide or call for help. But the owners got away with it—when we called animal control, the dog was hidden," Artemiy said.

Other residents are also reporting attacks. "Women have been attacked from behind. My son has been attacked more than once. He has torn many backpacks and clothes," said the mother of the victim, Yulia Safonova. Due to the situation, parents are afraid to let their children go out alone—they accompany them to school. In the evenings, the streets become deserted: people are afraid to go outside. According to residents, aggressive dogs are living on one of the private properties. Barking can be heard, and a sign hangs on the fence: "Beware of the angry dog." The teenager's mother has repeatedly contacted the animal control service, but there has been no result. According to her, a local resident feeds and hides the animals. "I called her two years ago. She suggested letting the child go with sausages so he wouldn't get bitten," the woman recounted.

After the last attack, attempts were made to resolve the situation. "On April 29, a call was received about a dog attacking a child. A team was dispatched immediately. However, 10-15 minutes later, the request was canceled—it was reported that the dog would be taken for temporary holding," explained the "Zoo Center." A similar problem exists in Bolshie Derbysheki. There, according to residents, more than ten dogs are kept on one property. "Complete unsanitary conditions, constant barking. Dogs run in packs," people complain.

Residents have contacted various authorities, but the problem has not been resolved for several years. "We ask for help. We have responses from veterinary services and the police, but the situation does not change," said one local resident. Animal control services have come and taken two dogs, but most animals remain on private property. "Catching is only possible with the property owner's request. No such requests have been received," the Housing and Utilities Committee explained. The victims have already contacted the Investigative Committee and are now waiting for a decision on initiating a criminal case.
