According to the traffic police, the ages of the violators ranged from 14 to 17 years. Two seventeen-year-old young men were held administratively responsible for lacking driver's licenses and state registration plates. Their mopeds were towed to a specialized parking lot. A violation card was opened for the 14-year-old teenager. The relevant documents were sent to his school and to the juvenile affairs inspection. Additionally, fines were issued to the parents of all three for allowing their children to operate mopeds. The case materials were forwarded to the juvenile affairs department to address the issue of holding the adults accountable for failing to fulfill their parenting responsibilities.
