During this period, it is prohibited to light bonfires, burn garbage, and cook food on grills and barbecues," said Ilnar Rakhmatullin, head of the supervisory activity and preventive work department for the Aviastroitelny district of Kazan, EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. He noted that the ban also applies to gardeners – they are also prohibited from grilling kebabs on grills, burning last year's grass and foliage, as well as garbage. "For violations of the fire safety regime, administrative fines are provided: from 10 to 20 thousand rubles for individuals, from 30 to 60 thousand rubles for officials. Legal entities can be fined from 400 to 800 thousand rubles," Rakhmatullin warned. This restriction does not apply to restaurants, cafes, bars, and other public catering facilities.

      Moreover, in areas with a high probability of forest fires, the use of pyrotechnics, as well as the launching of flying lanterns and other items with an open flame, is prohibited.
