The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan invites you to participate in the competition "Cultural MAX: Family Visit."

      From May 1 to May 17, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan is holding the competition "Cultural MAX: Family Visit." The conduct of such competitions contributes to achieving the goals and objectives of the federal project "Family Values and Cultural Infrastructure" of the national project "Family."

      The purpose of the Competition: to promote the use of Digital ID in the MAX system among schoolchildren from large families when attending cultural events.

      The tasks of the Competition:

      - increasing the accessibility of cultural events for large families;

      - stimulating active participation of schoolchildren from large families in the cultural life of the Republic of Tatarstan;

      - expanding the use of digital technologies in the field of culture;

      - forming a culture of using digital services among the younger generation;

      - increasing attendance at cultural institutions.

      Participants in the competition are schoolchildren from large families who permanently reside in the Republic of Tatarstan and present a Digital ID for visiting the Institution.

      To participate in the Competition, it is necessary to:

      - visit a state or municipal cultural institution of the Republic of Tatarstan;

      - scan the Digital ID confirming the status of a large family;

      - take a photo in the entrance group of the institution, which must include all family members who visited the institution;

      - take a photo in the interior of the cultural institution, which must also include all family members who visited the institution;

      - send both photos and a screenshot of the Digital ID scan confirmation to the email address minkulttatarstan@yandex.ru, indicating in the subject line the last name, first name, patronymic (if available) of all family members who visited the institution, the date and time of the Digital ID scan, the name of the institution, as well as a contact phone number.

      Example of subject line formatting: "Competition 'Cultural MAX: Family Visit' - Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich, Ivanova Maria Ivanovna, Ivanov Alexey Ivanovich - 15.04.2026 15:30 - National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan - 8-888-888-88-88."

      Each visit to a cultural institution, confirmed by photos and a screenshot of the Digital ID scan, is counted in the rating system and earns the Participant one point. The points earned by all family members are summed up in a total family rating. The winners are the 10 large families that score the highest number of points for visiting cultural institutions. The total number of visits by all family members, recorded through scanning the Digital ID and confirmed by photos with the participation of all declared visitors, is taken into account.
