However, the court did not take these arguments into account and found LLC "Management Company "ZHEU-3" guilty of an administrative offense, imposing a fine of 100 thousand rubles. The order remains in force, and the elimination of violations is under the control of the inspection. Thus, the management company has already paid 200 thousand rubles in fines for non-compliance with orders. The question arises: what volume of work could have been completed with this money in the house? It is worth noting that management organizations are required to conduct claims work with debtors.
