In Tatarstan, major repairs of apartment buildings have begun at 312 sites in 28 municipal entities.

      In Tatarstan, a major renovation of social infrastructure facilities is actively underway. The leader in the number of renovated facilities is the education sector: 170 facilities from the industry have been included in republican and federal programs. This data was presented today at a meeting in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Utilities of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin. The meeting was chaired by the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. The acting Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan, Marat Akhmetov, and the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin, also participated in the meeting.

      As reported by the head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, the renovation of general education organizations has been completed at 37% of the planned volume. Currently, work is ongoing in 61 schools. During the summer holidays, the renovation of the majority of school canteens is scheduled: today, work is being carried out at 21 facilities. The overall completion rate for this direction is estimated at 7%.

      The renovation of 23 preschool educational institutions has been completed at 50%. The major renovation of resource centers has been completed at 47%. During the reporting period, work was completed at a facility in the Kukmor district.

      The renovation of dormitories has been completed at 42%. Over the past two weeks, work has been completed at a facility in the Nizhnekamsk district.

      In the healthcare sector, 96 facilities are included this year. Significant progress has been made in the renovation of feldsher-midwife stations, including the commissioning of 7 facilities. To date, contractors have completed 80% of the total volume of work.

      The renovation of children's milk distribution points also shows a high completion rate of 81%. During the reporting period, 4 facilities were completed: two in Naberezhnye Chelny and one each in Kazan and the Almetyevsk district.

      Work on the major renovation of hospitals has been completed at 41%. Work is ongoing at 23 facilities.

      Renovation is ongoing at 5 polyclinics, with a completion rate of 20%.

      In the youth policy sector, major renovations include 23 facilities.

      The major renovation of children's health camps has been completed at 87%. During the reporting period, a facility in the Menzelinsk district was completed.

      The completion rate for the renovation of three youth clubs is 69%. During the reporting period, a facility in the Novosheshminsky district was completed.

      The renovation of buildings providing psychological and pedagogical assistance has been completed at 37%, and the renovation of youth centers at 43%.

      In the culture sector, 38 facilities have been included in the republican and federal programs for 2026. The major renovation of rural culture houses has been completed at 42%.

      The renovation of children's art schools has been completed at 34% of the planned volume.

      The Minister reminded that the major renovation of other institutions in the sector has been completed at 25%. There are 10 facilities in progress.

      Together with the Ministry of Sports of Tatarstan, programs for the renovation of 25 facilities are being implemented. The completion rate is 21%, with 16 facilities in progress.

      Through the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of Tatarstan, work has been completed at 80%. During the reporting period, three facilities were completed in the Aznakaevsky, Arsky, and Vysokogorsky districts.

      In the ecology sector, 25 facilities are being implemented, with a completion rate of 48%. Over the past two weeks, work has been completed at a facility in the Yelabuga district.

      In addition, renovations are also underway for facilities of the Ministry of Forestry, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Justice, as well as the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan.

      Thus, the renovation of forestry buildings has been completed at 62%. Over the past two weeks, a facility in the Vysokogorsky district was completed.

      The renovation of fire station buildings has been completed at 26%. There are 21 facilities in progress.

      The renovation work on the buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan has been completed at 13%.

      The completion rate for the renovation of magistrate buildings is estimated at 45%.

      The renovation of buildings under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food has been completed at 86%.

      Another 75 facilities are being implemented under other republican programs.

      In the republic, the renovation of executive committees is nearing completion. The completion rate is 92%. During the reporting period, two facilities were completed in the Drozhzhanovsky and Menzelinsky districts.

      Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of the major renovation of apartment buildings. In 2026, this includes 706 apartment buildings in 41 municipal entities. The program provides for the replacement of 99 elevators in 44 buildings across 6 municipal entities.

      To date, work has begun in 312 apartment buildings in 28 municipal entities. Work on the remaining facilities is scheduled to begin by the end of May.

      The overall completion rate for the major renovation program is 19%. Over the past two weeks, work has been completed in 34 apartment buildings in 3 municipalities.

      The Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Utilities of Tatarstan reported that voting for the selection of public spaces planned for improvement in 2027 will continue until June 12. This year, residents are voting on the Feedback Platform of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services through volunteers using the mobile application "Gosuslugi. Volunteer".

      On the Feedback Platform, cards for 178 facilities in all 45 municipalities are posted, for which residents of the republic can vote. Currently, 276,866 people have participated in the voting. The Minister noted that it is important to inform residents about the voting process.
