81 apple tree in honor of the 81st anniversary of the great Victory

      A new "Memory Garden" has appeared on Victory Boulevard

      Victory Boulevard has long been more than just a park; it is a living chronicle of heroism. Over the last 12 years, it has transformed before our eyes: a new monument to the Liberator Soldier has been erected in bronze, along with busts of Heroes of the Soviet Union, a 20-meter flagpole, and samples of military equipment.

      In honor of the 80th anniversary of Victory, 80 fir trees were planted here. This year, the boulevard was adorned with 81 apple trees. The old apple orchard was established back in 1975. After half a century, many of the plants needed replacing. The flower stalks of the new saplings are red, symbolizing Victory and memory. In just a couple of years, this alley will turn into a true blooming garden.
