      One of the main topics of the trip was the progress of spring field work. The Head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, visited the Rybno-Slobodsky district, where he participated in the opening of a new multifunctional center in the village of Anatysh and got acquainted with the progress of the sowing campaign. Now is the most intense and responsible period for agrarians. Currently, 27% of the areas in the district have been sown – these are spring grains, oilseeds, and other crops. As reported by the secretary of the Rybno-Slobodsky local branch of the party, the head of the district, Radik Islyamov, stated that this year it is planned to sow 33 thousand hectares. On the fields, 150 people are working in two shifts. More than 100 units of machinery are involved, including 35 sowing complexes. With favorable weather, the sowing is planned to be completed within 10 days, reports the press service of the Head of Tatarstan. Today, alongside sowing, harrowing and fertilization continue in the fields. All livestock farms are fully supplied with feed. In terms of livestock development in the district, there are 9 thousand heads of cattle, of which 2.2 thousand are dairy cows. According to the head of the district, a slight decrease in livestock is planned to be stabilized in the next two years through the construction of new livestock complexes. Projects are already being implemented. Thanks to the support of the Head of the Republic, the reconstruction of the water supply system in the village is underway. Rustam Minnikhanov, in turn, called for more active work on the development of personal subsidiary farms. "Despite financial difficulties, we have preserved all programs and will continue to support them," assured the Head of the Republic. Special attention was paid by Rustam Minnikhanov to supporting the families of participants in the special military operation. During the conversation, he specifically noted the significant contribution of the deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Irek Boguslavsky and Ilya Wolfson, as well as the deputies of the State Council of Tatarstan, Dmitry Samarenkin and Valery Mironchenko. Addressing the parliamentarians, the Head of Tatarstan emphasized that their active work and personal involvement in solving the issues of fighters and their families is an example of responsible service. He reminded that such support, especially concerning the families of fallen heroes, should remain our unconditional priority and be conducted with special sensitivity. Rustam Minnikhanov also participated in the opening of the multifunctional center in the village of Anatysh. It is designed for 100 places. In one building, there are a rural culture house, a library, a council, and an executive committee of the rural settlement. At the ceremonial opening, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that the multifunctional center is a crucial element of the social infrastructure of the rural settlement. He reminded that the program for the construction of rural multifunctional centers was initiated in 2011. During this time, 359 new centers have already been built, and 375 rural culture houses have been majorly renovated. In the Rybno-Slobodsky district, 9 facilities have been built, and 7 centers have been majorly renovated.

      Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the builders for the timely and quality completion of the work. Next to the new multifunctional center is a monument to the soldiers who fell during the Great Patriotic War. Rustam Minnikhanov honored the memory of the heroes and laid flowers.
