The hotel complex Muse, developed by Kravt Hotels & Homes near Kazan Airport, will begin construction at the end of 2026. The corresponding agreement was signed by Kravt h&h and the Investment Development Agency (AIR) of Tatarstan at the international economic forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum." "Construction work will start at the end of 2026, and commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2030. Investments are estimated at 1 billion rubles," noted the head of AIR Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina. The three-star Muse hotel with 138 rooms will complement the already existing complex. The area of the 9-story hotel will be 7,000 square meters. It became known back in 2025 that another hotel would appear at Kazan Airport. At that time, it was noted that the new project would complement the four-star Kravt Hotel Kazan Airport, designed for 240 rooms and 600 guests. The construction of the second phase was planned to be completed by the end of 2029, with a total investment estimated at 1.84 billion rubles. The decision to expand the hotel infrastructure at Kravt h&h was made due to the increase in passenger traffic through Kazan Airport, the growing number of flights, and the need for crew accommodations. It is worth noting that Kravt Hotel Kazan Airport opened in the capital of Tatarstan in March 2022. The company also manages a four-star hotel in Innopolis and several properties in St. Petersburg.
