Despite the seriousness of the topic and the instructor's demands, the master class took place in a warm atmosphere. The students of the Gallyamov school showed a lively interest in the techniques offered. It is worth noting that the "OpERежение" project aims to popularize sports among youth and promote a healthy lifestyle. "It is important for us that the kids feel confident in any life situation.
