Almost 1500 residents of Tatarstan have started retraining under the national project "Personnel".

      In total, the list of available directions includes 213 specialties. The choice is vast: from manual labor professions to high-tech ones. For example, one can train to be a tour guide and lead tourist groups around Tatarstan's attractions. One can learn the profession of a 1C programmer — this is always in demand at any enterprise. One can obtain a license to drive a bus or truck and work as a driver. One can become a tractor driver — such specialists are always needed in rural areas. One can go to study to become a junior nurse and work in hospitals and clinics. For those interested in modern technologies, there is a specialty for CNC machine operators. This involves working with high-precision equipment, where a person controls the process using a computer. And for the most progressive — a specialty as an artificial intelligence systems specialist in education. This is a new direction that is just gaining momentum.

      A separate list highlights 27 professions that are oriented solely towards participants of the special military operation. Special conditions have been created for these individuals to help them adapt to civilian life and find themselves in a new profession.

      The list of those eligible for free retraining is quite broad. It includes unemployed citizens registered with the employment service. Pre-retirees and people aged 50 and older — for them, this is an opportunity to remain in demand in the labor market. Unemployed mothers with preschool children.
