National project "Personnel" in action: preschoolers from the kindergarten "Vasilok" got acquainted with the work of the personnel center "Work of Russia" in the Zainsky district.

      Today, an open house was held at the "Work of Russia" Human Resources Center in the Zainsk district for the students of the "Vasilok" kindergarten. The event took place as part of a career guidance and routing project for youth, which is part of the implementation of the national project "Personnel."

      The goal of the initiative is to promote working professions among the younger generation and to introduce children to the diversity of specialties at an early age. The career guidance and routing program for youth is not limited to familiarizing them with professions; it accompanies the children at all stages—from choosing a direction to employment. This approach helps make the choice of profession conscious and the start of a career successful.

      31 future graduates participated in the event. The children were told how career consultants help people find jobs. The tour began at the reception desk, after which the kids moved to the digital services area, where special workstations are equipped.

      The preschoolers also visited the citizen reception area and learned how visitors interact with the staff of the human resources center. For visitors with children, the center has a children's corner. There, the kids were able to play and color pictures depicting various professions. In addition, the children watched cartoons about working professions, which helped them understand their importance in society.

      The kids visited the office of the head of the human resources center and for a moment felt like leaders—they sat in the boss's chair and even held a small meeting. They discussed an important question: how to choose a profession correctly.

      But what the children enjoyed the most was the immersion into the world of professions using VR technologies. The kids tried their hand at being a veterinarian, a crane operator, and a combine harvester operator—this left a vivid impression on them and helped them get a closer look at different specialties, see them from the inside, and appreciate how interesting a particular job can be.

      The event was an important step in the early career guidance of preschoolers and helped lay the foundations for a respectful attitude towards work from a very young age. Thanks to the comprehensive approach of the program, children not only learn about professions but also gradually prepare for a conscious professional choice in the future.
