The list of support measures for businesses in Tatarstan has been expanded.

      This year, a financial government support product has been launched in the republic — the loan "Construction 2026." In Tatarstan, the list of support measures for entrepreneurs has been expanded, including for participants of the special military operation and their family members. Among the innovations are preferential financing for the construction and reconstruction of buildings, increased leasing support limits, and changes to lending conditions for entrepreneurs associated with the special military operation. The first deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan — director of the entrepreneurship development department, Natalia Kondratova, spoke about the new and updated support tools at a press conference dedicated to the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship. This year, a financial government support product has been launched in the republic — the loan "Construction 2026." Its conditions are: amount — from 10 to 60 million rubles; term — up to 7 years; rate — 8% per annum. Borrowed funds can be directed to the construction or reconstruction of buildings in industrial parks, as well as to the purchase of already built facilities there. Among the updated measures are a twofold increase in maximum limits for key leasing program products, as well as changes to the conditions for acquiring imported equipment. For entrepreneurs participating in the special operation, their family members, as well as enterprises whose employees serve in the special military operation zone or were employed after returning, the conditions for microloans have been updated. The key change is the reduction of collateral requirements for the microloan to 10% from the borrower. This became possible because the SME Corporation entered the product as a guarantor. Now the structure of guarantees is as follows: 70% — guarantee from the SME Corporation; 20% — guarantee from the republic's Guarantee Fund; 10% — collateral from the entrepreneur themselves. "If an entrepreneur, a participant in the special military operation, previously needed to secure financing for the entire amount of the microloan to receive preferential support, now the volume of guarantees from the borrower can be only 10%, and the rest will be covered by the state represented by the SME Corporation," emphasized Natalia Kondratova. In total, in 2026, Tatarstan's businesses received support amounting to about 20 billion rubles, of which: 18.4 billion rubles — federal funds; 1.2 billion rubles — republican funds. As of the first quarter of 2026, the total number of entrepreneurial entities (legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) exceeded 190 thousand units, which is 104.1% compared to the same period last year.
