As part of the national project "New Materials and Chemistry," the college received 135 million rubles for laboratories, Oleg Morozov reported. The United Russia members also familiarized themselves with the progress of work at Lyceum No. 35, where the premises are being updated and the territory is being improved. The institution was founded in 1987 and is now one of the leading schools in Nizhnekamsk, with more than 870 children enrolled. At the children's ecological and biological center, the guests were informed about the continuous education system implemented here, and they were shown ecological projects and workshops where the center's students create useful household items and landscaping elements from recycled plastic and polyethylene. The United Russia members also visited the Tatar music school. During the tour of the institution, Oleg Morozov was informed about the training of young musicians and the development of the educational process. Together with the district and school leadership, the parliamentarian discussed issues of major repairs, equipment upgrades, and musical instruments, as well as participation in republican and federal education support programs. "The children's music school has not had major repairs since 1992. This issue requires urgent resolution," the parliamentarian noted. At the Nizhnekamsk Chemical Technology Institute, Oleg Morozov awarded named scholarships to five top students for their achievements in studies, science, sports, and active community involvement. He also interacted with university activists, discussing the economic situation in the country, external challenges, the importance of education, and the situation with the Special Military Operation (SMO). "Never think that you know everything and can do everything. You need to learn throughout your life," the deputy advised the students.

      In addition, Oleg Morozov got acquainted with the work of the residents of the Nizhnekamsk industrial park. "I saw a bare plot five years ago. Today it is a delight! The factories produce refrigeration equipment and composite materials that are exported," he commented.
