The world court of Zainsk held a hearing on a criminal case under part 1 of article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against a 37-year-old man accused of cruel treatment of an animal. According to the investigation, the man brutally dealt with a cat. The incident that brought the resident of Zainsk to the dock occurred in March of this year. The murder was recorded by witnesses on video. During the investigation, the accused fully admitted his guilt. At the court hearing, the defendant expressed remorse and assured that such an action would not happen again.
