There are 960 residents living here. Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin noted that thanks to the warm spring, the work began earlier than usual. A full range of works was carried out in the yard. The driveways and sidewalks were repaired and expanded, modern lighting was installed, new street furniture and a container site were added. Two play areas with sand covering, slides, and swings were equipped for children. For teenagers and adults, a sports complex with pull-up bars, outdoor exercise equipment: an elliptical trainer, a stepper, and a "Vertical Pull" machine were installed. Additionally, 16 light points were mounted in the yard, 12 benches were installed, two bike parking areas, two information stands, and a carpet cleaning station were set up. Ten trash bins were added. The road surface was updated: 2,918 square meters of driveways and 766 square meters of sidewalks were repaired, and an additional 326 square meters of driveways and 408 square meters of pedestrian paths were arranged. By expanding the asphalted area, 17 new parking spaces were organized.
