Teachers of the Spassky District exchanged experiences in career guidance at the seminar "Profvisit".

      The participants of the meeting summarized the work on the "Ticket to the Future" platform and presented their author projects on career choice. A seminar for educators dedicated to the career guidance of schoolchildren took place at the Children's Creativity House in the city of Bolgar. The participants included administrators, navigator teachers of the all-Russian "Ticket to the Future" platform, and curators of specialized classes. The event was held as part of the national projects "Youth and Children" and "Teachers and Mentors." The seminar titled "Profvisit: Practical Experience" brought together educators from across the district. Together with the methodologist of the education department, Maria Naumova, they summarized the work on the "Ticket to the Future" platform for the 2025-2026 academic year. Current issues of career guidance for students from sixth to eleventh grades were also in focus. A particular interest among colleagues was sparked by the presentation of Natalia Avdeeva, curator of the medical class at the First Bolgar School. She shared her accumulated experience in a report on the topic "Pro-dialogue: Experience of the Curator of the Medical Class 'Immersion in the Profession'." Navigator teachers from schools presented the best author developments. Daria Avdeeva, navigator teacher of the Tryokhozery School, presented a methodological project "ProfCompass: Choose Wisely!" It is worth noting that earlier Daria Avdeeva was also recognized for preparing prize-winners of the All-Russian Scientific Conference named after Leo Tolstoy and received a gold GTO badge. Zoya Leontieva, navigator teacher of the Burakovskaya School, demonstrated the career guidance game "Profi-quest: Choice of Path." Nadezhda Palagina and Gelgena Rakhimova, curators of the agricultural class at the Kimovskaya School, showcased the quest game "Young Agrarians," also dedicated to career choice. The seminar also featured a guest expert — leading inspector of the personnel center "Work of Russia" for the Spassky district, Elena Razina. Her presentation was dedicated to the topic "Partnership in Career Guidance: Creating Opportunities Together." Elena Nikolaevna informed educators about the "Profi-tour" project for schoolchildren, which is implemented by the personnel center in collaboration with personnel consultants. She also introduced seminar participants to the opportunities of the "Work in Russia" platform, through which specialists conduct career guidance classes with teenagers aged 14 to 18.

      It should be noted that Elena Razina is also actively involved in other educational events in the district — earlier she informed future mothers at the Spasskaya Central District Hospital about the opportunity to acquire a new profession during maternity leave.
