"The family bus has arrived in Yelabuga."

      The Elabuga municipal district became another stop on the route of the republican project "Family Bus: Traditions on the Way!". The program's events took place at the youth center "Bars" with the active participation of specialists from the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adolescents with Disabilities "Astra". The delegation included: the head of the Civil Registry Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Akhmetova, the deputy head of the Executive Committee of the Elabuga municipal district for social development Elena Merzon, the head of the social protection department of the Elabuga district Olga Kolesnikova, the responsible secretary of the Republican Commission for Juvenile Affairs Ilsoyar Garifullina, as well as representatives of the Civil Registry Office of the Republic of Tatarstan. The program during the stay in Elabuga included three key areas of work. An educational intensive was organized for specialized professionals. Employees attended lectures by leading experts – a reproductive specialist, family and child psychologists, a mediator, and a lawyer. Participants analyzed complex professional cases and modern working methods using specific examples. Families had the opportunity to use a consulting platform. Specialists conducted individual sessions: parents received legal and psychological recommendations, as well as answers to pressing questions. Additionally, an excursion to the "Astra" center was organized as part of the event. The director of the institution, Galina Kalashnikova, demonstrated to the guests a systematic approach to comprehensive rehabilitation, the organization of a continuous process of social services for children and families. She shared her experience in forming a professional team, implementing interactive equipment, and attracting grant and partnership funds for the implementation of large-scale projects. The center's specialists presented technologies for working on the "Early Assistance" and "Working with Children with ASD and Mental Disorders" programs.

      Members of the delegation noted the high level of professionalism of the staff, technical equipment, and a comfortable atmosphere for social service recipients.
