      Over the past 12 months, services in Tatarstan have increased in price by an average of 11.93% (as of April 2026), according to a report by the Central Bank of Russia. The prices for household services (+18.35%), housing and communal services (+17.29%), and cultural organization services (+16.86%) have risen the most in the republic. A significant increase in prices has also been recorded for sanatorium and health services (+16.23%) and medical services (+14.18%). At the same time, the services of foreign tourism have become cheaper in the region over the same period (-1.37%), and the cost of telecommunications services has practically not changed (+0.3%). Other services in the republic have increased in price by 2%-10.37%. It was previously reported that in Tatarstan, heating tariffs will increase by 14% starting from October 1. Moreover, the debt of residents of the republic for housing and communal services has exceeded 10 billion rubles.
