The database is regularly updated and covers different areas of the region. Each property is accompanied by a detailed card. Users can view photographs, cadastral numbers, year of construction, information about the availability of engineering communications, and possible usage options. This allows investors to quickly assess the investment prospects. Since the launch of the platform, more than a hundred inquiries have been received from interested users. Individual work is being conducted on each of them. Specialists assist with property valuation and the preparation of necessary documents. The results are already noticeable. In the first year of operation, 32 properties were sold and leased. Available properties can be viewed and applications submitted on the investment portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
