       In the capital of Tatarstan, according to the results of the first quarter of 2026, the most attractive sector for job seekers in terms of high earnings turned out to be construction and real estate, where every second open vacancy guarantees an income of 100,000 rubles and above.

       As reported by RIA Novosti, citing a labor market study that analyzed over 200,000 vacancies across the country, in Kazan, 50% of all job offers in the construction sector exceeded the threshold of 100,000 rubles. The second place in terms of the share of high-paying offers in the capital of Tatarstan is occupied by the transport and logistics sector with a rate of 48%, and unexpectedly, the third place is taken by the internship sector for young specialists, where 45% of vacancies also imply a starting salary of 100,000 rubles. On a national scale, Moscow remains the absolute leader in the concentration of high-paying offers, as expected, where labor market demands are even higher. In the Russian capital, the priority in terms of the share of vacancies with salaries of 100,000 rubles is the transport and logistics sector, where this threshold is exceeded in 64% of offers, closely followed by construction and real estate at 63%, as well as the manufacturing sector and agro-industrial complex with a rate of 59% of high-paying jobs. It was previously reported that there are 14 vacancies for every unemployed person in Tatarstan. As stated by the Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elmira Zaripova, the number of officially registered unemployed in employment agencies is only 3,700 people, which allows the employment service to offer each job seeker up to 14 job positions to choose from.
