      Kazan Federal University ranked 16th in the new reputation ranking by Forbes among the top 20 Russian universities that employers trust the most. 16.9% of surveyed employers trust the quality of education at this university. The study is based on a survey of companies included in Forbes' ranking of the best employers. The sample included organizations from 43 sectors of the economy and various regions of Russia — from industry and IT to the financial sector and medicine. The leader of the ranking was HSE University, with 67% of surveyed employers trusting the quality of its graduates' education. Moscow State University named after Lomonosov took second place with a score of 63.6%, and Bauman Moscow State Technical University came in third with 58.5%. The top 20 universities most in demand by employers included institutions from seven cities: Moscow (11 positions), St. Petersburg (four positions), and one university each from Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, and Vladivostok. Kazan University has a reputation index of 55%. The university offers education in 37 fields, including education and pedagogy, economics and management, linguistics and literary studies, clinical medicine, as well as computer science and computing technology.       Recall that according to official information, the structure of KFU includes 18 main scientific and educational units in Kazan (including institutes, the law faculty, and higher schools) and three territorial branches located in Naberezhnye Chelny, Yelabuga, and Jizzakh (Uzbekistan). These units implement more than 700 educational programs, training over 50,000 students, including more than 11,000 foreign citizens.
