As part of the seminar, Buinsk was visited by the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic, Marat Zyabbarov, and the acting chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan, Marat Akhmetov. The heads of the Apastovsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Zelenodolsky, Kaybitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, and Tetyushsky districts of the republic, as well as heads of local self-government, also participated. The traditional zonal seminar was dedicated to the main issue – familiarization with ensuring employment for the rural population and exchanging experiences. After the head of the district, Ranis Kamartdinov, welcomed the guests, they first visited the workshop of individual entrepreneur Andrey Yurkin, who produces wooden products in the village of Boerghan. I had to engage in my own business due to the lack of work in the village. At first, I made wooden products for myself in the garage, and when there were interested parties, I started making them for them. Over time, the volume of work increased, and the requirements for orders changed. I make wooden railings for stairs, and there are orders for other products as well. Now I have taken on two assistants. There are orders for products, - says Andrey Yurkin. Then they inspected the cooperatives "Luch," which deals with the sale of mineral fertilizers, and "Samir," which has taken on meat processing and the sale of semi-finished products. Guliya and Marat Khayrullins organized the cooperative by participating in a grant offered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic. They obtain poultry, horse meat, and veal for their products from farms that are part of the cooperative. Thanks to the grant, they also acquired a "Gazelle" with a refrigerator. There is demand for the products, - says Guliya Khayrullina. As part of the seminar, the guests also got acquainted with recently built facilities. They visited the monument to Baki Urmanche in the Central Park, looked at the Central Square of the city. They also visited the Baki Urmanche Museum, the School of Arts on Lenin Street, and the correctional school at the M. Vakhitov Gymnasium.
