A roadmap has been developed in the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030 to improve the business climate.

      The President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, signed an order approving the "roadmap" for improving the conditions for entrepreneurial activity. The document is designed for the period up to and including 2030. According to the plan, by the end of the decade, it is planned to reduce the average time for obtaining a construction permit from 51.34 to 48.8 days, and the number of necessary procedures from 6.08 to 5.24. The time for registering property rights will decrease from 2.87 to 2.79 days, and for cadastral registration from 18.17 to 13.76 working days. The republic also intends to accelerate the connection of businesses to engineering networks: electricity supply from 36.75 to 36.64 days, and gas supply from 68.93 to 66.89 days. In addition, the list of goals includes the complete elimination of cases of unjustified coercive pressure on entrepreneurs by authorities, law enforcement agencies, and monopolists.
