75 tons in ten days: Tatarstan sent another humanitarian convoy to new regions

      Residents of the republic gathered equipment, food, building materials, and even national treats for soldiers and civilians. In just one and a half weeks, thanks to the efforts of the people of Tatarstan and volunteers from the #MYTOMORROW headquarters, a large humanitarian cargo was formed and sent to the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as to the Zaporizhzhia region. The weight of the dispatched cargo amounted to 74.8 tons. Nineteen cars and five trucks were used for delivery. The data was provided by the Information Resource Center for Volunteering of the Republic. The cargo was formed in several corners of Tatarstan. Kazan residents did not stand aside. Residents of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts handed over reconnaissance equipment, radios, generators, a laptop, and batteries. The Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts collected food packages, medicines, and warm clothing for the military. Buinsky volunteers prepared building materials, heating devices, a car, equipment, and also sent packages from the relatives of the soldiers. Separately, they included bread and a national delicacy — chak-chak — in the cargo. The Tukayevsky district sent three cars, a motorcycle, food, camouflage nets, tools, and other special equipment. Thanks to the #MYTOMORROW.Logistics service, the convoy was able to traverse toll roads without payment. This allowed for a reduction in travel time and the prompt delivery of aid to the recipients. The head of the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, emphasized that a clear scheme for collecting and transporting humanitarian cargoes has been established in the region. "The republic helps not spontaneously — a well-thought-out system has been built in every district and city. Seventy-four tons in ten days is the merit of ordinary people, the volunteer corps, and entrepreneurs who act together. Each volunteer receives confirmation of their work through the Dobro.rf platform. A total of 152 trips have been organized, and 358 tons of cargo have been sent. This is our contribution to the common cause, and we intend to increase the volumes. Supporting those who are nearby is a key task of the youth policy of the republic," said Azat Kadyrov. Humanitarian aid reception points operate in all 45 municipal entities of Tatarstan. Those wishing to help can register on the Dobro.rf portal — their working hours will be accounted for. Currently, volunteers are being recruited for humanitarian missions in the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kursk, and Rostov regions. The executive director of the Information Resource Center for Volunteering of Tatarstan, Ayrat Mubarakshin, linked the success of the campaign not to logistics, but to the human factor. "Behind such figures — 74 tons in ten days — lies not only an established transportation scheme. First of all, it is the sincere desire of thousands of residents of our republic to extend a helping hand to those who are on the front lines and in border areas today. Every item handed over, every package collected — is a piece of care and understanding of the entire importance of the moment," he said. A total of about 12,000 volunteers from Tatarstan have been involved in humanitarian missions. In 2025, 35 residents of the republic participated in the elimination of the consequences of an oil product spill in Anapa. At the beginning of 2026, a group of ten volunteers went to the Kursk region to help restore the destroyed infrastructure.
