      It has been established that the official of the administration of the Vysokogorsky municipal district did not ensure an objective and comprehensive consideration of the appeal of a participant in the special military operation regarding the protection of the spring in the village of Alderbash; a response to the substantive issues raised in the appeal was not provided, and no measures were taken to eliminate the violations of the law. In order to hold the official accountable for violating the constitutional right of a citizen to appeal to state authorities, the environmental prosecutor appealed to the court. According to the ruling of the environmental prosecutor, the guilty official was held administratively liable under Article 5.59 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure for considering citizens' appeals) with a penalty of a fine of 5,000 rubles. In order to eliminate the violations of the law, the environmental prosecutor submitted a proposal to the head of the local government body, which is currently under consideration.
