      Ilnar Khafizov visited Naberezhnye Chelny on a working visit and inspected the progress of construction and repair works. The meeting also included the head of the Executive Committee of the city Farid Salakhov, the deputy director of the GISU Ainur Kashapov, and representatives of contracting and subcontracting organizations. The tour began at the sports school "Zarya". Here, the roof, facade, and general construction works are being repaired. As part of the works, artistic decoration of the facade walls, a light sign, and lighting are planned. The institution is located in residential courtyards, so such decoration of the building should make it more noticeable and attract residents to sports activities. The percentage of work completed is 85%. Next, the GISU Director visited the building of the 55th fire and rescue unit, where the roof is also being repaired. Waterproofing, insulation, and screeding are being carried out. New windows have already been installed, and parapets have been laid. The work is 51% complete. At secondary school No. 4, repair work has just begun. The total area of the three-story educational institution is 9,311 m2. Work is underway in the food block over an area of 368 m2. Workers have started dismantling walls, floors, and ceilings. Plans include a complete renovation of the cafeteria and the acquisition of technological equipment. An interesting site during the visit was the children's music school No. 2. Music here is now not only in the specifics of the institution but also in the decoration of the premises and facade. Musical instruments, a staff, and quotes from great composers are depicted on the walls of the classrooms. According to the project, the building itself will be decorated with panels imitating piano keys. Finishing and roofing works, installation of windows and doors, and engineering networks are being completed in the building. New furniture and equipment will be purchased for the new school. Repair work is also underway in the building of the Republican Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination. Internal dismantling and roofing works have been completed. Ventilation and air conditioning systems are being installed. The supply of technological equipment is planned. The percentage of work completed is estimated at 47%. Next, the progress of work was inspected in the 10-story dormitory of the Naberezhnye Chelny Polytechnic College. The living rooms and kitchens will be completely renovated for students. To date, engineering networks are being completely updated over an area of 8,090 m2. The purchase of new furniture for the comfortable living of college students is planned. The work is 60% complete. For the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Naberezhnye Chelny, garages will be repaired. The area of work is 1,212 m2. Roofing work and electrical supply are underway. Ceilings, walls, facade, and water supply systems will be updated. The readiness of the facility is 26%. Next, the progress of work was inspected at secondary school No. 58. The school building is four stories high and occupies an area of 12,423 m2. Work is in full swing: windows are being installed, electrical and water supply, and heating systems are being mounted. Measures are planned to ensure access for people with limited mobility. New furniture and equipment will be purchased for students. The percentage of work completed is 47%. The next educational institution visited was the four-story secondary school No. 45. Roofing work, interior finishing with networks, and facade repairs are being carried out over an area of 10,105 m2. The work is 81% complete. A large-scale renovation awaits the building at 23 Hasan Tufan, which simultaneously houses the City Hall and the Sary Sadikova Concert Hall. In the cultural institution, the hall, concert hall, dressing rooms, and artist areas have been dismantled. Engineering networks are being installed over an area of 1,957 m2, stage reinforcement, and finishing work is underway. Security systems will be installed in the concert hall, along with new equipment and furniture. The percentage of completion is 38%. The facade of the City Hall is being repaired over an area of 13,500 m2. Cladding, installation of pilasters, and architectural lighting are planned, which will highlight individual details of the building, give it additional volume and depth, and create a unique atmosphere around it. The work is 51% complete. At Lyceum No. 78 named after A.S. Pushkin, the building is also being updated for the new school year. In the three-story institution with an area of 9,696 m2, finishing work is underway in the main and small gym, classrooms, plywood laying in the small hall, installation of engineering networks, replacement of window blocks with glazing, window sills, and roof repairs. The purchase of technological equipment is planned. The readiness of the facility is estimated at 85%. Next, the GISU Director visited youth policy facilities. He was accompanied by the head of the youth affairs department, Leisan Vidineeva. The youth center "Zaman" is a unique space for young people. The building provides spaces for self-realization and talent development for youth. More than 300 people are engaged here. The facility has not been updated since 1978. Currently, the three-story building with an area of 1,958 m2 is undergoing roof, facade, engineering, and low-voltage network repairs. The design is done in white and yellow colors. The institution will feature studios for vocals and music, creative workshops, and a career guidance laboratory. The youth of Chelny will be able to play mini-football, basketball, volleyball, and tennis. A mural depicting a young man against the backdrop of a KAMAZ truck is located on the end of the building. This symbolizes the working youth, which is the focus of the youth center's work. The work is being carried out as part of the national project "Youth and Children". The readiness of the facility is 52%. The next site visited was the Youth Center "Orion," which represents a network of institutions under one name. The facility on Shamil Usmanov Street has three main areas: a center for public organizations, a center for volunteer development, and an art department. Young people can find activities to their liking. Repair work in the four-story building has been fully completed, with creative and working offices, a separate space for the "Movement of the First" with branded symbols, and a hall for large events with a big screen. The Youth Center "Orion" on Moscow Avenue specializes in patriotic education for youth. Here, repair work over an area of 990 m2 is at the initial stage: dismantling, electrical supply, and installation of communication systems are underway. The percentage of completion is 24%. Next, Ilnar Khafizov inspected the progress of repair work in the garage building of the separate battalion of the patrol and post service of the police. The foundation has been laid on the site, and metal structures have been installed. The installation of engineering networks, security systems, and asphalt paving of the area is planned. Technological equipment will be purchased for the patrol and post service workers. The work is 38% complete. Another educational facility visited was secondary school No. 55. The institution occupies a three-story building with an area of 8,736 m2. Currently, engineering networks are being installed, and windows and doors are being set up. Finishing work, installation of a video surveillance system, and the purchase of technological equipment are planned. The object is 71% ready. For the very young residents of Chelny, the combined kindergarten No. 10 "Little Prince" is being renovated. Engineering networks, heating, ventilation, and finishing work are being carried out over an area of 3,667 m2. Furniture and equipment will be purchased for the kindergarten. The work is 54% complete.

      The progress of work was also inspected in the "Pribrezhny" park, a favorite place for local residents. As part of the work, the installation of decking and lighting is underway. The installation of a bridge and video surveillance systems is planned. The percentage of work completed is estimated at 12%. Next, work was inspected on the embankment named after Fikryat Tabeiev. Here, work is being done in the pavilion on the embankment, namely the installation of networks, external sewage, and water supply. The total area of the embankment will be 41,100 m2, and work within the 4th phase is 25% complete. In the Naberezhnye Chelny Infectious Disease Hospital, blocks "A", "B", "G", and "D" are being repaired. To date, construction and installation work is 45% complete: dismantling, brickwork, external water supply networks, and landscaping have been completed. Finishing work is underway. The city bath No. 2 is also awaiting renovation. In the building constructed in 1974, with an area of 2,043 m2, dismantling, finishing work, installation of engineering networks, and an individual heating point are being carried out. The object is 17% ready. The final site was the branch of the Republican Clinical Ophthalmology Hospital named after Professor E.V. Adamyuk. The healthcare institution can accommodate 20 people in a stationary setting. About 100 patients visit it per shift. Currently, general construction, finishing work, and installation of engineering networks are underway at the site. The acquisition of technological equipment for the hospital's operation is planned.
