The program is aimed at supporting teachers who demonstrate high results in educational activities. The system provides for three categories of awards: For experienced teachers with the highest qualifications, 130 awards of 344,828 rubles are allocated; Young specialists with up to 5 years of experience will receive 100 awards of 275,862 rubles; Leaders of physics and mathematics clubs will be awarded 200 prizes of 103,448 rubles. The total amount of payments will be 93 million rubles. To receive the incentive, teachers must pass a competitive selection. Candidates must submit a portfolio of achievements and confirm the absence of tax debts. An important condition is the absence of connections with extremist organizations. The selection will be conducted by a special commission, which will include representatives of government bodies, educational specialists, and public representatives. Winners will be determined based on the points scored in each nomination. Payments will be made within 45 working days after the decision to grant the incentive is made.
