In Zainsk, the summer health campaign has been launched: the ceremonial opening of the first shift took place at the children's health camp "Constellation".

The children's health camp "Constellation" officially kicked off its first summer shift. Even in the morning, the air was filled with ringing voices and music: the kids, eager for active recreation, settled into cozy houses a few days ago. "Constellation" welcomed the children with updates: new asphalt on the paths, repaired engineering networks — everything was ready to receive guests. But the main thing that immediately catches the eye is the smiles. The solemn line began with the raising of the flags of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. Under the anthems of the country and the republic, 118 young residents of Zainsk stood still — in bright T-shirts and baseball caps. The honorary guests of the event were the head of the Zainsk district, Razif Karimov, the head of the district executive committee, Emil Galeev, his deputy Regina Kamalova, as well as the heads of the departments of education, youth, culture, sports, and physical culture, and the directors of the children's health camps "Fakel" and "Yalta-Zay." "You completed the school year successfully: 100 victories and prize places in subject Olympiads!" Razif Karimov addressed the kids. "Today, all conditions for your harmonious development, study, and full recreation have been created in the district. 75 students and 42 teachers received grant awards from the head for high results. But vacations are not only a time for study but also for gaining strength. "Constellation" has welcomed you renewed. I wish you a good rest, to gain strength, find new friends, and develop your talents. You have good counselors and wonderful natural conditions. Rest for your health!" The head of the district noted that this summer, more than 5,000 children will rest in the municipality. Three children's health camps are operating: "Yalta-Zay" started on May 31 (under the auspices of the "Network Campaign"), and "Fakel" opened its shift on June 4 (PJSC "Tatneft"). In addition, school camps have been organized for young residents of Zainsk, and the project "Camp of My Yard" is being implemented. The theme of this season was chosen not by chance: 2026 is the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and the Year of Patriotism and Unity in the Zainsk district. All events that will take place in "Constellation" during the shift will implement the key goals of the national project "Youth and Children." This means that here they do not just feed and entertain — they educate leaders and patriots. "This year's shift is dedicated to fostering patriotism," commented organizer Alexey Borisov. "It is planned to hold two tent shifts, each lasting seven days. Participants include students of the VPK "Guardia," as well as teenagers registered with the KDN and PDN." As of today, 118 children are resting in "Constellation." Four teams have been formed: "Patriot," "EthnoZay," "Legend," and "Pathfinder." Educational work is carried out by professional counselors (two specialists per team), organizing teachers, and medical personnel headed by a paramedic. Administrative support for the activities is provided by head Olga Tugasheva and her deputy Rosa Gataullina — creative and initiative people. A total of four shifts are planned in "Constellation."

      The special atmosphere of this place is created by the people who work here. Alexey Borisov is a native "constellation" resident. "I started coming here at the age of six, even before the first grade," Alexey smiles. "And every summer — all four shifts. My mom would scold me: 'Are you coming home?' But I said — no! When I turned 18, the counselors said: 'Why go home? A new shift starts in two days.' And so it went. Then I tried working in other camps, but fate still brought me back to my native 'Constellation.'" We asked the kids if they liked it here. A resounding "Yes!" echoed across the territory. Young residents of Zainsk positively assess the living conditions: attention is paid to both active leisure (sports events, creative competitions) and comfortable living. The children note the attentive attitude of the counselors and the rich program. The shift has just begun, which means there are discos, competitions, new victories, and that very "cozy" atmosphere of childhood, for which parents can be at ease.
