      The Prosecutor's Office of the Drozhzhanovsky District, together with regulatory authorities, conducted an inspection of the "Chinaz" cafe. During the inspection, numerous violations of sanitary-epidemiological and fire safety legislation were identified, posing a direct threat to the life and health of visitors. By a court ruling on the prosecutor's claim, precautionary measures were taken in the form of a ban on the operation of the "Chinaz" cafe until the violations are rectified. The inspection revealed that the establishment lacked an automatic fire alarm system, a notification system, and a people evacuation management system. The staff had not been trained in fire safety measures, and the electrical wiring was in use with visible insulation damage. Additionally, violations were found in the kitchen and storage areas. The interior finishing of the premises (ceilings and walls) had defects, making quality wet cleaning impossible. Products were stored in violation of the rules of product adjacency, and culinary products were kept outside refrigerated displays. There were no accompanying documents for the raw materials, and one of the employees had been working without a labor contract for more than two years. Following the inspection, the prosecutor's office initiated administrative offense cases against the owner of the establishment under Article 6.6 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (violation of sanitary rules), Part 4 of Article 5.27 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (evasion of formalizing a labor contract), and Part 1 of Article 20.4 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (violation of fire safety requirements). Furthermore, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit demanding that the cafe owner rectify the violations of sanitary-epidemiological and fire safety legislation and prohibit its operation until the specified violations are eliminated.
