      A sports complex will appear on Klubnaya Street thanks to the victory of the local self-government in the republican competition.

      In Stary Zainsk, a new sports ground with outdoor exercise equipment for adults will be established for residents. The implementation of the project became possible due to the victory of the chairperson of the local self-government "Shkolnoye," Svetlana Dolgova, in the republican competition "Best Territorial Public Self-Government of the Republic of Tatarstan" based on the results of 2025. The diploma of the prizewinner was presented to her by the deputy head of the district, Petr Urazaikin, during the public festivities at Sabantuy. According to Svetlana Dolgova, the funds received are planned to be used for the purchase of five modern outdoor exercise machines. The sports complex will be formed taking into account the wishes of the residents of Stary Zainsk, who participated in the discussion and voting. "We chose the equipment based on the needs of the residents: some need a pull-up bar, some need parallel bars, step platforms, exercise bikes, a 'butterfly,' and other types of exercise machines," she said. The new ground will be installed on Klubnaya Street, near house No. 22, in the area of apartment buildings. According to the project initiators, this area is located far from the main sports facilities, so the creation of a new zone for sports activities here is especially important. Earlier, in 2023, with funds from a similar grant under this same competition, a children's sports ground with three elements was already set up near the FAP, which is still popular among residents. However, there were previously no exercise machines for adults in the neighborhood. The total amount of the won grant was 477,770 rubles. The local self-government "Shkolnoye" notes that the project covers 12 streets in the area and aims to create conditions for active and comfortable leisure for residents.

      The organizers emphasize that the implementation of the initiative became possible thanks to the support of the Executive Committee, the management company, and the residents themselves, who actively participate in the development of the area.
