According to the materials of the criminal case, the schoolboy beat his classmate, receiving 3,000 rubles from him. The defendant only partially admitted his guilt, claiming that he demanded his friend return the debt. It turned out that the friend of the schoolboy, who later ended up in the dock, was betting on sports online. He borrowed money from classmates, returning the amount owed with a reward. For instance, after borrowing 5,000 rubles from a peer, he promised to return 5,500. However, the young betting enthusiast delayed the payment, and the "creditor" demanded 40,000 rubles, after which he hit the "borrower" in the face several times. The latter, frightened, transferred 3,000 rubles to his classmate. As a result, the actions of the young lender were qualified by the court as extortion. The defendant received a 6-month suspended sentence with a similar probation period.
