This is reported in the draft resolution of the RT Cabinet, which is undergoing anti-corruption expertise. The document amends the rules for using the metro. According to the new version, bicycles and scooters, except for children's ones, can only be transported using cases or packaging. Moving on them in the underground area is prohibited. The list of prohibited actions also includes begging, approaching passengers with offers for buying and selling, providing services, exchanging goods, as well as fortune-telling. The use of bonfires and pyrotechnics is banned in carriages, at infrastructure facilities, less than 10 meters behind the fence, and closer than 25 meters from ventilation kiosks. Furthermore, bicycles, strollers, scooters, personal mobility devices, and other means of transportation cannot be left unattended, nor can they be attached to handrails, fences, doors, and other infrastructure objects. The changes also clarify the procedure for passengers with bicycles and scooters in cases: non-automatic checkpoints are provided for them. Children under seven years old will be allowed to be transported without a separate seat, but must be in close proximity to the accompanying person.
The new rules also prohibit transporting items received from third parties without inspection.
