He added that the one hundred employees of the Powder Plant, whose names will be included on the republican honor board, make an important contribution to the work of the rear during the days of the special military operation. "These are the people whom not only today's mature generation looks up to, but also those whom our youth admire. Our republic and our people are proud of them. Today, they are beacons in all our diverse activities. The significance and importance of this event lies primarily in the fact that our republic cherishes and protects traditions, as well as creates new ones that are necessary for our society. And what is very important is that those traditions that once benefited our Motherland are being revived," noted the Hero of Russia. He first highlighted the traditions that existed during the Great Patriotic War. "At every plant, in every collective farm, in every city, there were their own honor boards – those whose names were inscribed on them were looked up to. These people advanced our rear towards victory. And today, the slogan 'Everything for the front, everything for victory' is the most important in the work and life of our oldest Powder Plant," he concluded.
