      In the run-up to Russia Day, a solemn ceremony for the issuance of passports to young citizens of the district took place at the museum of the Kaybitsky region. The main document of a citizen of the Russian Federation was received by ten schoolchildren who reached the age of 14. Among them were students from Bolshie Kaybitsy, Bolshie Podbereziny, and Fedorov schools. The passports were handed to the children by the head of the district, Albert Rakhmatullin, and the head of the migration point of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kaybitsky district, Ilfir Yarullin. Congratulating the schoolchildren on this significant event, Albert Rakhmatullin wished them to carry the high title of a citizen of the Russian Federation with honor and dignity, to respect the laws of their country, to remember their rights and responsibilities, and to be responsible, goal-oriented, and worthy individuals. The director of the museum, Ildar Shakirov, introduced the participants of the event to the history of the region with the help of a video presentation. The children saw what Kaybitsy was like a hundred years ago, answered questions, and showed interest in the past of their small homeland. The schoolchildren also watched a video presentation about the history of the passport's emergence and its significance in the life of every citizen. Addressing the young participants of the ceremony, the event host, museum employee Aliya Khamidullina, noted: "Receiving a passport is not just a formality. It is a sign that the state trusts you, recognizes your maturity, and expects a responsible attitude towards your country, your work, and your loved ones." It is symbolic that the issuance of passports took place on the eve of Russia Day—a holiday of national unity, civic responsibility, and love for the Motherland. By receiving their first passport, the children take an important step into adulthood, realizing their belonging to a great country, its history, culture, and future. It is from such moments that the formation of true patriotism begins—respect for one's Motherland, pride in its achievements, and readiness to work for the good of the Fatherland.
