      In Kazan, a 10-year-old boy locked himself and his grandmother in handcuffs he found on the street. This was reported to Tatar-inform by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The child decided to play with the found item – he put the handcuffs on himself and his grandmother. The woman, by the way, is a first-group disabled person and is 70 years old. The grandmother and her grandson were unable to remove the handcuffs by themselves. Arriving at the scene, rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations freed the woman and the child using special tools.
