Zainsk school students received the profession of "Electrician for lighting and lighting systems."

      At school No. 7, the third graduation of students from the energy class who completed their annual training took place. On June 11, the tenth graders of school No. 7 received certificates for the profession of "Electrician for lighting and lighting systems of the second category." Throughout the year, the students worked towards this goal under the guidance of the best mentors. The teachers from Kazan Energy University helped them go beyond the school textbook and see how the laws of physics work in large-scale energy. The masters from Zainskaya GRES became their guides into the world of real competencies, teaching them not just to know, but to be able to do. This symbiosis of knowledge and experience is the main secret of the success of the third graduation of the project.

      The event was attended by Ramil Galiullin, Deputy Director of Zainskaya GRES, Shamil Khasanov, Senior Lecturer of the "Power Supply of Industrial Enterprises" department at KGEU, and Damir Rasulov, Training Master of the "Electros Skills" Center. While handing out certificates, the honored guests noted the high level of preparation of the students.

      This graduation was the third in the framework of fruitful cooperation under the model "School – University – Enterprise," implemented in the project "Find Your Calling." This interaction scheme has already proven its effectiveness: it helps high school students consciously choose a profession, obtain a sought-after specialty while still at their desks, and immerse themselves in the realities of the energy sector from within.
