It became a true symbol of the pursuit of activity and well-being. Participants received practical advice in the "Healthy Lifestyle Lifehack" nomination. Librarians prepared a special booklet with simple recommendations that can be easily implemented in everyday life. The kids were encouraged to follow one or two healthy life hacks a week, mark their successes on a checklist, and return to the library for new ideas. There was also a tasty component. In the "Recipe for Vitality" nomination, participants learned about the recipe for refreshing Sassy water, discovered its beneficial properties, and were able to appreciate its effects. In the "About Health in Verses" nomination, the children joyfully and emotionally performed a well-known chant about a healthy lifestyle, charging themselves with positive energy. Special attention was drawn to the creative platform "Quilt 'Wall of Bad Habits.'" The kids wrote their bad habits on small pieces of paper and then suggested healthy alternatives, placing their ideas on the wall of a healthy lifestyle.

      The event concluded with an active physical minute "Physical Minute for a Minute, but Health for a Lifetime" and fun starts, giving participants a boost of energy, bright emotions, and a good mood. The festival reminded everyone present that health is the greatest value of a person, and it is essential to form healthy habits from childhood. Thanks to the creative approach of the staff at the Bukhara Rural Library, the event became not only interesting but also truly beneficial for every participant.
