Leninogorsk residents were informed about a new way to purchase expensive property without overpaying.
Launched in 2024 in the Republic of Tatarstan, the pilot project for the sale of bankrupt assets, the "Bankrupt Assets Showcase" (BAS), continues to actively expand. As of today, the project already unites 29 regions of Russia, forming a unified data space for the sale of debtor assets. Since March 2025, properties from the Samara and Saratov regions, the Udmurt Republic, and the Perm Krai have become available in the service. Later, all regions of the Volga Federal District joined the project, and in 2026, the Republic of Komi, Stavropol Krai, Primorsky Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, Altai Krai, Murmansk, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Ryazan, Tver, Tyumen, Vladimir, Kaliningrad regions, the Republic of Buryatia, and Moscow joined as well. Today, the BAS service is a single digital showcase of bankrupt assets, where offers for the sale of real estate, vehicles, land plots, equipment, ready businesses, and accounts receivable are collected. Unlike the classic search across multiple electronic trading platforms, the BAS service allows users to see properties from 29 regions in one place. Currently, more than 10,600 property items are listed in the system. Each item is accompanied by a detailed description, photographs, videos, information about the location of the asset, and the possibility of organizing a viewing. The information is confirmed by data from the Rosreestr, the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, and the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy, making the service a convenient tool for both investors and entrepreneurs, as well as ordinary buyers. The BAS service is aimed not only at professional market participants but also at ordinary citizens who wish to purchase assets at attractive prices.
Through the service, one can acquire assets: — for opening or expanding a business; — for investment and resale; — for personal needs.
