More than 1200 schools in Tatarstan have become participants in the "Ticket to the Future" project.
The republican early career guidance program, which started in 2021, has proven to be highly effective during its operation. The career guidance platform "Ticket to the Future" continues to actively expand its geography in Tatarstan, attracting new educational institutions even during the summer holidays. As of today, 1214 schools in the republic are registered in the system, collaborating with nearly 4,000 educators. The scale of the project is impressive: more than 125,000 schoolchildren from Tatarstan have already joined it. The republican early career guidance program, which started in 2021, has proven to be highly effective during its operation. Just last year, 6,500 students were able to undergo professional trials by personally visiting production sites. As noted by the head of the Center for Career Guidance of the Republic of Tatarstan, Natalia Koroleva, this practice-oriented approach is key to successfully choosing a future career. Teenagers receive a unique opportunity not only to try on the role of a specialist but also to communicate with mentors, assess real working conditions, and understand whether the chosen direction suits them. The list of professions available for study in Tatarstan is constantly growing. Alongside traditionally in-demand sectors in the region—petrochemicals, construction, and the agro-industrial complex—schoolchildren can now immerse themselves in the world of high technologies. The program includes such relevant specialties as unmanned aerial vehicle management, game design, as well as the development of web and multimedia applications. Familiarity with these competencies gives students a significant advantage, allowing them to acquire skills that are critically important for the modern economy in advance. It is worth noting that starting from 2025, the Unified Career Guidance Model "Ticket to the Future" has become an integral part of the national project "Youth and Children," which confirms the state significance of supporting youth in finding their professional path.
