      On the eve of the evening, a meeting took place between the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. We publish the transcript of the communication between the head of state and the Tatarstan leader.

      V. Putin: Thank you for supporting the event. Everything, as usual in Kazan, is at the best international level, without any exaggeration. All our guests are satisfied with the hospitality. For the residents of Kazan, this is probably an additional burden – all these motorcades back and forth, street closures. I apologize to the Kazan residents in this regard, but together with my words of gratitude for the work done in the interests of strengthening Russia's international positions.

There may be some transportation issues, but the most important thing is that we are welcoming guests, putting the city in order, our President is coming to us, guests are arriving.       Vladimir Vladimirovich, if you allow me, before starting the current report, we have one unique facility, there are not many such facilities in the world – this is an assembly and testing complex for LNG. This requires large compressors, significant power.

      The "GMS Group," which includes our compressor plant, implemented this project. Of course, not without the Government of the Russian Federation, not without the Ministry of Industry, there was also federal support, Gazprom, NOVATEK, and VEB of the Russian Federation. Total investments – over 10 billion rubles. This is in the city of Zelenodolsk.

      A. Molchanov: Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich! Dear Rustam Nurgalievich!

      In fulfilling the task set by the President of Russia to unconditionally achieve technological sovereignty of Russia in the field of LNG production and gas processing, the labor collective of LLC "GMS Group" and JSC "Kazancompressormash" has implemented a project for the construction of the first in Russia and one of the largest in the world assembly and testing complexes for compressor installations with a capacity of up to 130 megawatts.

      The first unique compressor unit for the Baltic LNG has been designed from scratch, manufactured, and is ready for testing. The compressor installation for Murmansk LNG is in the final stage of production. Previously, this technology was only available in the USA and Japan.

      I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who helped us prove: Russian machine engineering can solve such tasks even under the harshest sanctions and restrictions – to the Government of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, especially to Denis Valentinovich Manturov and Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, who personally supported the project at its key stages; to our key customers – the teams and leaders of PJSC "Gazprom" and PJSC "NOVATEK," who taught us a lot during our joint work on this project; and, of course, to our labor collective – designers and workers who invested their labor, soul, and professionalism in the implementation of this project.

      We are very proud that such a project has taken place in our city. This means investments and new jobs. And in general, as a city of labor valor, we contribute to the development of our country.

      Of course, without the help of the Government, without talented specialists, engineers, and workers, such projects cannot be implemented. But administrative support is also very important, and we always see and feel this support in Tatarstan.
