      Considering that this is not the first such violation by LLC "UK "Makhalla", the management company has been fined the maximum amount of 50,000 rubles in accordance with part 2 of article 7.23 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. Exceeding the permissible interruption times for hot water not only causes significant inconvenience to residents but also constitutes a direct violation of their rights as consumers. The recurring nature of violations by LLC "UK "Makhalla" indicates a systematic approach to ignoring established rules, which served as the basis for imposing the maximum fine.
