The victims in the Finiko case wrote a letter to the authorities asking them to look into the "star" trades.

      The victims of the criminal case of the Finiko financial pyramid have appealed to federal and republican authorities with a request to stop the sale of property belonging to one of the figures in the investigation, Ekaterina Kazachkova. A corresponding letter was sent to the head of Tatarstan, the leadership of the prosecutor's office, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as to the editorial office of "BUSINESS Online." This is stated in the traditional top-10 of the main insights and rumors of the week. The reason for the appeal was the auction for the sale of a land plot and a non-residential building in Kazan, which were included in the competitive mass as part of the bankruptcy case of Kazachkova. The plot is 9,000 square meters in size and the building is located on Petar Alexeev Street. The starting price of the single lot was set at nearly 80 million rubles, and the auction itself was scheduled for July 27. The authors of the appeal claim that the property is under arrest as part of the criminal case regarding Finiko. In their opinion, the sale of the asset before the removal of security measures could deprive the victims of the opportunity to expect compensation for damages in the event of a guilty verdict. In the letter, the applicants refer to the norms of criminal procedural legislation and judicial practice, according to which the arrest imposed within the framework of a criminal case retains priority until it is lifted by the court. The victims request to check the legality of the auction preparations, suspend their conduct, and maintain the arrest on the property until the criminal proceedings are completed. According to "BUSINESS Online," the tax authorities initiated bankruptcy proceedings against Kazachkova due to a debt of about 10 million rubles. The Arbitration Court of Moscow initially introduced debt restructuring and then moved on to the procedure for the realization of property. At the same time, Kazachkova herself had previously asked the court not to sell the plot until the criminal case was resolved, but was denied. It is worth noting that there are 10 figures in the case. These include the co-founder of the pyramid Kirill Doronin, the first vice president of the company Andrey Galushchenko, vice presidents of the pyramid Ilgiz Shakirov, Dina Gabdulllina (Akmetzyanova), Bayir Sambuev, the assistant of another co-founder of the pyramid Zygmunt Zygmuntovich Kazachkov, the head of technical support Anton Semykin, "stars" of Finiko Ekaterina Bozoeva, Alena Larionova, and Anna Serikova (Tiffany). Depending on the role of each, they have been charged under part 1, 2 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organization of a criminal community and participation in it"), part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fraud committed by an organized group, on a particularly large scale").
