      The head of the Nizhnekamsk district, Radmir Belyaev, announced personnel changes in the local administration at the weekly meeting. Viktor Belsky has taken the position of deputy head of the executive committee for housing and communal services, replacing Maxim Paramonov, who had overseen the sector since 2023. Belsky is a native of Nizhnekamsk and has extensive experience in construction, control, and development of territories. At the same time, it was announced that a new head of the youth affairs department has been appointed — this position has been taken by Alsu Mamadalieva, who previously worked in the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, as well as in other departments. The previous head of the department, Farit Shayakhmetov, left his position in early June.
