Graduates who were unable to overcome the minimum threshold in mandatory subjects on their first attempt, as well as those who could not attend the exam for documented valid reasons, will receive another chance in September. This was reported by the press service of Rosobrnadzor, citing TASS. The agency explained that for such cases, an additional stage is planned in the USE-2026 schedule. It will take place from September 4 to 25 and will include exams in Russian language and basic mathematics — the subjects that are mandatory for obtaining a certificate. Additionally, reserve days are also reserved in the main exam period. On July 8 and 9, this year's graduates will be able to retake one of the exams they have already taken this year or after the 10th grade. Thus, students have several opportunities to improve their results and enroll in universities, even if the first exam did not go well.
