In Zainsk, summer employment for schoolchildren is gaining momentum.

      Since the beginning of the summer campaign in 2026, the "Work of Russia" Personnel Center in the Zainsk district has helped to employ 102 teenagers as part of the implementation of the national project "Personnel" — this is almost half of the total result from last year, when 214 schoolchildren found jobs. The high pace shows that among the residents of the republic, including Zainsk schoolchildren, the program is becoming increasingly in demand. The main contribution to employment is traditionally made by the Municipal Budgetary Institution "Youth Center": 79 teenagers are already working here. They are engaged in the improvement and greening of the city, as well as acting as counselors in the yard sites of the "Camp of My Yard" project. This format allows children to spend their holidays close to home under the supervision of older mentors while their parents are at work. Another 22 schoolchildren have been employed at the branch of JSC "Tatenergo" — Zainsk GRES, where they assist in maintaining the territory. One teenager has started working at the "Duymovochka" kindergarten — helping kitchen staff. For comparison, in 2025, the key partner of the program was also the Youth Center, which provided employment for 176 teenagers. In addition, Zainsk GRES (28 people), the "Duymovochka" kindergarten (5 schoolgirls), the housing and utilities management company (4 jobs), and the "Energetik" cultural center, where a student worked as a vocalist during the summer, were also involved in the program. "The summer employment program for teenagers is our priority. We see the huge interest it generates among the kids and the support it finds from our partners. Last year we helped 214 teenagers find jobs, and just in the first month of this summer — already over a hundred. This proves that the initiative is in demand. We do not stop at what we have achieved and continue to expand the list of vacancies so that as many young people as possible can gain their first work experience," noted Ekaterina Andreeva, head of the "Work of Russia" Personnel Center in the Zainsk district.

      Teenagers' wages are calculated based on the minimum wage for the actual hours worked. Additionally, each participant receives financial support from the Personnel Center in the amount of 2,650 rubles. The "Work of Russia" Personnel Center in the Zainsk district continues to expand the list of vacancies and attract new employers so that even more residents of Tatarstan can gain their first work experience during their school years.
