Albert Yakovlev has been appointed as the new First Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Minister for almost seven years, overseeing issues related to IT infrastructure, communications, and information security. Albert Yakovlev has dedicated 28 years to the IT field. He began his career as a regular engineer at "Kazan GTS." From 2001 to 2019, he held leadership positions at "Tattelecom," and later headed the regional communication node in Almetyevsk. Albert Valeryevich joined the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan in November 2019.
