Electronic Honor Board of Tatarstan: already 10 thousand laureates and 4.8 thousand organizations
In Tatarstan, a new digital service for public recognition of employees' achievements has been launched — the electronic board of honor already contains information about 10,000 laureates from nearly five thousand organizations. The project, implemented by the decree of the President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, will become publicly accessible starting August 1, 2026, while currently operating in a closed mode.
Modern format for rewarding labor achievements
The Republic of Tatarstan has introduced a new digital platform that changes the approach to recognizing employees' achievements. The electronic board of honor is not just a list of names, but a full-fledged service that allows enterprises, government bodies, and business structures to nominate their employees for public recognition. The project was created at the request of the President of the Republic and aims to make the award procedure more transparent, accessible, and modern. To date, about 4,800 organizations from various sectors of Tatarstan's economy have connected to the system. Together, they have already entered data about 10,000 top employees into the database. These include not only current employees but also labor veterans and representatives of labor dynasties, highlighting respect for generational continuity and many years of diligent work.
Technological independence and convenience
An important feature of the new service is that it is entirely built on Russian software and hosted on domestic servers. This guarantees reliable data storage and protection against external threats, which is especially relevant for government information systems. Users have two ways to upload information about employees: manual entry or batch upload via files. The system automatically calculates the allowable number of laureates for each organization — the quota depends on the total number of staff. This approach eliminates subjectivity and ensures equal opportunities for enterprises of any scale, from large factories to small companies.
Automation of award documents
One of the most convenient solutions implemented in the platform is the built-in award document constructor. Once the candidate's data is entered and approved, the system automatically fills in the information in the approved template and instantly generates a ready certificate in PDF format. This eliminates the routine work of paperwork and reduces errors related to the human factor. Additionally, there is a function for exporting files in a format used by printing houses. This allows for the quick transfer of layouts for printing and speeds up the issuance of paper versions of awards. Thus, the entire process — from nomination to presentation — becomes as fast and convenient as possible for both organizations and the laureates themselves.
Availability from August 1, 2026
Currently, the electronic board of honor operates in a closed mode, but starting August 1, 2026, information about all laureates will become publicly accessible. This means that any resident of the republic will be able to familiarize themselves with the names of the best workers in Tatarstan — representatives of various professions, from industry and agriculture to education, medicine, and the IT sector. The publicity of the service serves several important purposes: firstly, it provides additional motivation for employees, whose achievements will be seen by thousands of people; secondly, it creates healthy competition among enterprises, which is important for showcasing high results; thirdly, it strengthens the prestige of working professions and increases respect for working people in society.
Digitalization of personnel recognition
The launch of the electronic board of honor is another step for Tatarstan towards the digital transformation of government and corporate processes. The system not only simplifies the award procedure but also creates a unified database of the best personnel in the republic, which can be used for analyzing human resources potential and planning social programs. According to the developers, interest in the platform will only grow, as it provides organizations with a simple and transparent tool for rewarding employees, while workers receive well-deserved public recognition. It is already clear that the electronic board of honor is becoming an important element of corporate culture in Tatarstan and sets new standards for the entire country.
