      The first shift of the XV International Youth Educational Forum "Sälät" has started at the Bilyar Museum-Reserve. It has brought together about 800 schoolchildren from various districts of Tatarstan, who will develop leadership qualities and learn to work in teams.

      On June 26, the first shift of the fifteenth International Youth Educational Forum "Sälät," titled "Aldıngılar Bilyar Forum," was launched at the Bilyar State Historical and Archaeological Museum-Reserve, which is being held this year in collaboration with the "Movement of the First." It gathered around eight hundred participants aged twelve to seventeen from different districts of Tatarstan, who successfully passed a competitive selection. For this, the students prepared essays on the topic "Mentors" and presented portfolios with their personal achievements. The official opening of the forum took place on June 27. The assistant to the President of Tatarstan and chairman of the regional branch of the "Movement of the First," Timur Suleimanov, addressed the participants with warm words, emphasizing that each of them is unique, and together they form a vast universe united by a common history and future. The head of the Alekseyevsky district, Sergey Demidov, also welcomed those gathered and noted that on Youth Day, the most talented and active young people have gathered in Bilyar, wishing them to spend this summer week as productively and interestingly as possible. The key themes of the first shift are mentorship and leadership. The program aims to develop a sense of responsibility, leadership qualities, and teamwork skills among schoolchildren. During the shift, participants are trained in twelve areas, including education, science, culture, ecology, and other fields, and also apply the knowledge gained in practice in various workshops.

      One of the innovations of the current season is the project "Bilyar. Tamırlar," within which archaeologist and director of the museum-reserve Zufar Shakirov introduces participants to the history and profession of an archaeologist. The educational program includes invited experts: psychologists, neurocoaches, business mentors, and educators who teach students emotional management, emotional intelligence development, career choice, grant application preparation, and effective communication. As part of the "Jӓnlı Sälät" project, news about the forum, reports, and live broadcasts are published daily online in the official communities of the movement.

      This year, the "Sälät" forum runs from June 26 to July 29. Over four shifts, about six thousand talented children, youth, and mentors from the districts of Tatarstan, various regions of Russia, and foreign countries will meet at one venue. The project is implemented with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and has already become an important platform for youth development, where each participant can unlock their potential, find like-minded individuals, and take a step toward their dreams.
